The National Spa & Pool Institute – (Better known as the NSPI) is a watchdog organisation which has the interest of the swimming pool industry at heart.
 
The NSPI would like to inform the public that there are GUIDELINES in place for construction and workmanship that must be adhered to. When choosing a pool company the customer must do their homework to ensure that those requirements are met. The customer must also check the payment structures and be sure that they will be getting a good quality pool. They should not just hand over their hard earned money to anyone until they are sure that they are dealing with a reliable and reputable contractor.  The customer must not to be taken in by a good sales pitch only to find that the company cannot deliver in the end. It is important to use a company that is registered with the NSPI to ensure that they have the backing of the Institute behind them – for complete peace of mind - look for our logo.
